Through the seamless collaboration between our client's vision and our team's unwavering commitment, this project has emerged as one of our most successful endeavours. The scope involved refurbishing the ground floor to create an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. However, the existing roof structure presented a unique design challenge.
The client's request for three en-suite bedrooms and a study significantly influenced the design, requiring a strategic approach to spatial planning. A central circulation layout was introduced, resulting in a practical and cost-effective solution and a double-height space to maximise natural light.

To enhance the architectural aesthetics of the surrounding area, the existing gable feature was thoughtfully revitalised and seamlessly integrated into the overall design. Additionally, the project addressed ecological considerations, including a bat ecology survey, ensuring environmental responsibility while successfully bringing the client's vision to life.
